Coach Lauren's Biography

Coach Lauren has almost 18 years of competitive cheerleading experience. She not only cheered on Varsity in High School, but was a cheerleader at Columbus State University in Georgia and cheered for Troy University in Alabama.  She has coached competitive All-Star squads for over 10 years and has extensive experience coaching children ages 3 to 18. Her  choreography experience spans almost 15 years of cheerleading and specializes in Co-Ed partner stunts and competitive routine choreography.   Lauren also provides music mixing services for area cheer squad routines.  She has extensive training in teaching gymnastics as she taught Girl’s Progressive Levels 1-4 per the United States Gymnastic Association Guidelines. She also holds many certifications for gymnastics and cheerleading instruction and is a member of USASF and AACCA. Her motto is that while perfection must come before progression, all learning must be fun.
