Please Read All Items!

1. Starting April 1^st,2008 there will be a $15 late charge to all accounts not paid by the 5th of each month. If there is going to be a problem, please come and talk to me. If I don't know there is a problem I can't help you with it. You may mail payments to: Lauren Disburg 7083 Silverwind Circle Co.Spgs, Co 80923 or pay online via the website www.cecallstars.com using our online cart. As Always, payment can be made at practice as well. Checks are to be made out to : Colorado Extreme Cheerleading or CEC.

2. Tuition will not be pro-rated for months where you will be on vacation and miss classes. Class tuition is based on a yearly schedule and allows for vacation days and holidays. Snow days happen, and in the event that weather cancels a practice, every effort is made to schedule a make-up class.

3. A $25 insufficient funds fee will apply to all returned checks and declined credit cards regardless of reason.

4. There are no refunds given for apparel, tuition and registration fees. If your child quits the squad after you have ordered a uniform or any other apparel, there will be no refund. You may sell your apparel to another squad member, but it is not the responsibility of Colorado Extreme Cheerleading, LLC to make sure that you get your money back. Yearly registration fees are non-refundable as well.

5. There are no refunds given for competition entry fees. If your entry fees are not paid by the deadline and you have not made arrangements with me, your child will not be competing in that competition. No exceptions! Entry fees MUST be paid by the deadline!

6. Cheerleaders will arrive at practice on-time and dressed appropriately. Cheerleaders not in practice clothes with proper shoes will be asked not to participate. It is for the safety of the cheerleader that all jewelry must be removed and hair pulled back away from the face. Clothing must allow free movement and be free from profane language and/or graphics. Only cheerleading shoes are allowed on the cheerleading floor. No street shoes will be allowed on the floor!

7. The coach or other staff member must be notified immediately of any potential injury. Do not wait until the next practice to mention that you pulled a muscle, hurt a finger, etc!
